WHAT WE OFFER
ART CLASSES
Paint it black art studio is a relaxing environment where students of all ages and skill levels get together to improve their artistic skills and have fun. We offer group classes of up to 6 people but Carien ensures she spends ample one-on-one time with each student. The studio offers safe parking, off the street, and students can get started without having to invest in materials as these are included.
Carien spends time with her students to help them come to grips with the basics before they decide on a larger project to tackle. Students can then bring a canvas of their desired dimensions to apply their newly developed skills, under Carien’s hands-on guidance.
Classes run on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 10am to 9pm

GROUP ART EVENINGS
Whether it’s a bachelorette party activity, a casual catch-up or a work function, we can cater for them all. Come enjoy the company of your friends and colleagues while creating your own little masterpiece!
Our group evenings include welcome drinks and refreshments as well as a small canvas and art supplies. In just three hours you can create a unique memento to keep forever.
Our studio offers safe, off-street parking and is located in a secure neighbourhood with roaming guards.
The prices are listed below for a standard evening but we’re always open to discuss additional requirements. We require a full group of 8 in order to make a booking.

COMMISSIONS
Family portraits, pet portraits, and everything in between, Carien can create a custom art piece to any size. In order to give a cost estimate, we would require as much detail as possible. We would typically ask for a photo of the subject as well as some guidance in terms of your desired art style. If you can supply some examples of pieces that resonate with you, it will help us further customise it for you. We would also need to know what the dimensions of the canvas would need to be.
